AT THE EXPENSE OF ABUSIVE MORTGAGE LENDING BANKSTERS”
Dale Robertston
Even though most of you are not immediatley concerned about foreclosure, foreclosure has become a disturbingly frequent, unanticpated, unplanned for event in the life of many Americans and therefore America. If you don’t have a friend or family member that is facing this possibly, you may in the future. At the very least, I expect Dale Robertson will demystify the subject for you. Most likely you will come out with a more accurate appreciation of what makes Mortgage Lending Banks tick. (Curt Gibby)
Recent changes in judicial rulings in key foreclosure cases around the country have brought important and empowering changes for the benefit of homeowners. The national political and economic stage on which a vast and unprecedented foreclosure activity continues to grow is destined in 2010 to grow still further – – – but against which the courts now for the first time may be empowering homeowners at the expense of the MORTGAGE LENDING BANK’S often predatory role in loan foreclosure abuse and the Bank’s often too protected role in our political economy. Learn how these changes will affect every homeowner in America.

Breaking news: Scientists find workers happier on weekends. For a long time, apparently, psychiatrists have been engaged in a simmering debate over whether the American worker is happier at work or at leisure. Now, finally, we have an answer from University of Rochester psychiatrists. And it is?
“Workers, even those with interesting, high status jobs, really are happier on the weekend,” says author Richard Ryan, a professor of psychology at the University of Rochester. (the Scince Guy January 12, 2010)
And finally, the reformers in Iran continue to put pressure the corrupt establishment at considerable risk to themselves. Please keep them in your prayers.

As usual, if anything in this notice doesn’t work or make sense (It is midnight somewhere), please let me know so I can warn the others. If the spelling and syntax seems more fractured than usual, chalk it up to the fact I am (still, still) breaking in a new laptop computer (or, perhaps it’s the other way around.) Down with Vista!! Bill Gates is a nebbish! Windows 7? Give me a break!
Hope to see you Saturday.
Best regards,
